What types of medical needles do you manufacture?
We manufacture nine categories of medical needles: IV catheter needles, beauty needles, fistula (AVF) needles, follicle puncture needles, coaxial needles, Huber needles, biopsy needles, special-shaped needles, and insulin needles. Each category covers multiple gauges, tip geometries, and connection types.
What materials are your needles made of?
We primarily use medical-grade 304 and 316 stainless steel for needle tubes, ensuring high strength, corrosion resistance, and the ability to achieve mirror-polished inner and outer walls for smooth penetration.

What certifications do your products have?
Our medical needles are produced under ISO 13485 and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, and comply with GBT 18457-2015 for medical needle requirements. We hold 15 patents (3 invention, 12 utility model).
Customization
Can you customize needles according to our specifications?
Yes. We design and develop custom special-shaped puncture needles based on customer specifications, including geometry, gauge, length, and connection type, under OEM/ODM cooperation and ISO 13485 controls.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the needle type and customization level. For standard catalog items the MOQ is generally flexible; for fully custom designs it is determined after reviewing drawings and process requirements. Please contact us with your specification.
What is your typical lead time for orders?
Lead time depends on order volume and customization. Standard catalog items typically ship within 2-4 weeks; custom designs require 4-8 weeks after drawing approval. We will confirm the exact schedule after reviewing your specification.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally and have experience serving customers across multiple regions. We support EXW, FOB, CIF and other Incoterms, and can assist with documentation required for medical device import clearance.
Can you provide samples for evaluation?
Yes, we can provide samples for evaluation against your specifications. Sample availability and lead time depend on the requested type and customization. Please contact us with your specification and intended application.
Quality
How do you ensure product quality and sterilization?
Quality is ensured through ISO 13485 controls, 100% vision inspection, and sharpness testing. Sterilization is performed via ethylene oxide (EO) or gamma radiation, validated per ISO 11135 (EO) and ISO 11137 (radiation), with full batch traceability.
